100% estate-grown rye and spring water from Sierra Mountain snowmelt is crafted in our state-of-the-art distillery to create a surprisingly soft and smooth vodka with a hint of rye spice. The Beverage Tasting Institute awarded it with a score of 94 points, but you need to taste it yourself.

Cocktail - Golden Night

Golden Night

  • 1.5 ounce High Ground vodka
  • 1.5 ounces fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • .75 ounce honey syrup
  • .25 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeño, deseeded
  • Topped with soda
  • Mint and jalapeño garnish with a tajin rim

Gently press jalapeno in shaker with a muddle and add all ingredients but the soda, shake with ice and pour into highball glass. Top with soda, and garnish with fresh jalapeno and mint leaves.

  • 2oz High Ground Vodka
  • 1oz Vermouth
  • Apple & Blue Cheese stuffed olive(s)

Stir vodka and vermouth in a mixing beaker with ice. Garnish with feathered granny smith apple and savory cheese stuffed olives.

Aprés Spritz

  • 2oz High Ground Vodka
  • 1oz Vermouth
  • 1oz High Ground Vodka
  • 2oz Blood Orange Juice
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup
  • ¼ oz Lemon
  • 4oz Sparkling Rosé
  • Lemon & Mint

Add the first four ingredients to a Bordeaux glass half filled with ice. Gently top with Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with fresh lemon twist (or wheel) and sprig of mint.

The Drop

  • 1.5oz High Ground Vodka
  • 1oz Meyer lemon
  • 75oz Chamomile-infused honey syrup*
  • 0.5oz Dry Orange Curacao
  • Lemon & Smoked Rosemary

Shake all ingredients and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon and smoked rosemary. *Boil, Simmer & Strain 2 parts honey, 1 part water, 1/16th part chamomile

Tea Cooler

  • Fresh Raspberry
  • 1.5oz High Ground Vodka
  • 1oz Honey
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon
  • 2.5oz Iced Earl Grey Tea
  • Lemon Wedge & Basil

Muddle four fresh raspberries in the bottom of a shaker. Add vodka, honey and lemon. Gently shake and double strain into ice-filled highball or Collins glass. Garnish with fresh lemon wedge and fresh basil leaf.

KT Highball

  • 1.5 oz High Ground Vodka
  • 1 oz Lime
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz Orange Juice (optional)
  • Soda
  • Garnish: Fresh Basil, Lime Twist

Muddle basil in the bottom of a shaker. Add vodka, lime, and simple syrup and shake. Pour into a rocks-filled highball and top with soda. Garnish with fresh basil and lime twist.
